Frequently Asked Questions:

  • Q: When are you open!? - We are open on Fridays and Saturdays from 10am until 2:00ish. (The -ish is for the days that we might sell out a bit earlier, or unforeseen circumstances that need me outside of the pie shop.)

  • Q: Where’s the menu?! - The menu changes every weekend, so having a menu posted here on the website would be difficult to upkeep. If you have instagram (follow @piegirlnj), you’ll find the menu posted in my stories on Thursday and Friday nights for the following day. If you don’t have instagram, then see the next question!

  • Q: What kind of things do you offer?! - Every weekend we have an assortment of pies and quiche, whole and by the slice, along with cakes, scones, muffins, cookies, cinnamon buns, fresh focaccia & other goodies. On Saturdays ONLY we offer savory galettes AND we also have sandwiches on our freshly baked bread - sandwiches start at 11:30am.

  • Q: Can I pre-order a pie?! - Currently the only time to pre-order is when we have a holiday menu up. Otherwise it’s first come first serve. You can always ASK to have a pie held for you, or for a specific kind of pie. Depending on the circumstances, I might be able to say yes, and sometimes I’ll kindly and politely say that I cannot.

  • Q: Are you going to be open more days?! - Honestly, I have no clue! Right now this is what works for us and our families. The way y’all always make time (or send a loved one) to be there on Fridays & Saturdays is incredible and greatly appreciated!

  • Q: What’s your favorite pie?! - My favorites change every time we make a new pie. My current favorites are, in no specific order, Salted Honey Lavender, Sun Tea Pie, Black Tea & Rose Custard, & Honey Lime Pistachio. And Candy Bar pie. And Passionfruit Custard. And.. and… and…
